Oh, hey. I don't think it was meant at all to be disrespectful,
condecending or anything of that type. I just think it was supposed to make
things legible. Just like when forms say to "please print" or "all caps".
I actually wrote mine in because there was a weird glitch in the .pdf file
where the title would just keep deleting. I got a confirmation from them
via email with no problems.
I don't think it's any kind of an issue, but I'm sure they've had some crazy
entries where someone scribbled the title or they messed up the title in the
program because of strange handwriting and maybe the artist got angry.
