Acrobat reader must be different in your part of the world. In Australia
at least, the free Acrobat reader is just that, a reader only. You can't
type in or change at all and you can't copy at all so pasting into word
isn't possible at all. I printed out my entry forms for experiments in
cinema v5.1 and printed legibly by hand. that will of course be fine.
