I don't like the idea of trying to change this list, especially without Pip's input or approval, it's just not cool.

I'm guessing I have been on this list since you were about 6 years old.
It has not changed in all this time, and it does not need to change, now.
It's just fine the way it is.
We have a saying in my job, "if it ain't broke, don't fix it."
I think that applies here.
