This is a pretty interesting story. I often wear one cotton glove while
splicing but never connected it to MJ. Somehow it reminds me of that
photograph of Pasolini in the editing room with a bunch of nuns (cutting
Gospel According to St. Matthew.)

However, one correction - I'm pretty sure Michael Jackson never did
anything that "predated moonwalking," as it was a well known step
practiced by many professional dancers long before he was born. He will be
remembered for it, certainly, but let's give some credit to the folks who
performed before him.
