There are several subscription options: MAIL, INDEX, DIGEST and NOMAIL.
Setting the MAIL option means you will receive every post individually.
The INDEX option sends you only the headers, once
a day, so you can go read what you like in the
archives or on the server later.
The DIGEST version sends you one mail per day
with all the messages of the day strung together.
The NOMAIL option turns off all sending, though
you remain a subscriber to the list.
To configure your subscription, send one of the
following in the body of an e-mail to
Ðemail suppressedð:
SET FRAMEWORKS MAIL
SET FRAMEWORKS INDEX
SET FRAMEWORKS DIGEST
SET FRAMEWORKS NOMAIL
