You want it to record all the songs in one track. Then you have a file you can process all at once.

But you CAN easily break the big track down into separate songs in Audacity: File/Export Selection...

There's other software that automates this, detecting silences and splitting tracks, but it makes mistakes and doing it manually is probably as fast as fixing the mistakes (if you care).

I'm pretty sure Prof. Davies loves him some vinyl sound, and just wants his old platters to sound more like they did when they were new, before the cat walked on them, or whatever.
