Hi Kevin,
I had the same problem with a Nizo Professional which I had bought from a shop 2 years ago.
They had given me some 1 month guarantee, so I took it back, they cleaned it and gave it to the service,
I got it back - same thing. They told me to wait for a while until they get another Nizo for me.
Took it home, tested it, same thing again. So I gave that back to them, got my money back,
bought another one in some third shop - no problems yet...
