Hello Everyone,
I had a copy of Chicago Review Vol. 47/48, Vol. 47, no. 4 - Vol. 48,
no. 1 (Winter, 2001 - Spring, 2002) issue but it got lost during my
move from New York to Istanbul. Their website says it's sold out. Does
anybody know if there's a way to get one?

I'm reading Robert Duncan's exchanges with Denise Levertov these days
and started wondering what Duncan's exchanges with Stan Brakhage
like... I'm not sure whether it's alright to ask this but a scan of
those pages would be greatly appreciated too...
I remember there were lots of valuable stuff in there... I plan to
order their Robert Duncan issue soon, does anybody recommend any of
the others available (listed here:
