Thanks for the hint, Mike.
Although I tried but didn't work.
what i'm not sure is if the problem lies in the actual film or the projector (according to my measuring, the film doesn't seem reduced).

Pablo, I have been experiencing a similar problem with Eiki slot load and this may sound crazy but when the projector shuts the power off, try shaking it a bit. Pick up the projector, carefully of course, and shift the it back and forward with the film still in it. This seems to fix the problem for me, although it is not completely full-proof, I say it's definitely worth trying.

when the 'Film Guard' function on the Eiki 16mm slot load doesn't allow film to go through without shutting the power off every 10 seconds -and the film is unspliced and without perf damage- it means that the film has shrunken?
will the film run in other projector?
thanks!pablo.
