I use Dropbox.com... If you pay for the 50GB option and download the
application, you can upload files of unlimited size (so a 2 hour low
res h.264 compressed file is definitely possible).

It's a really helpful tool in general for sharing work and a much
cleaner and easier way of sharing privately or creating temporary
public links.
