It looks right to me. The height of the handle should not be affected
by the way you have arranged the spirals. The whole point is that you
can do 8mm, 16mm and 35mm with the LOMO tank, and the handle length
will not be affected, so light should not enter.
However, the oil seal on the your crank case looks like it may need
replacing!
