I have hand painted footage. I was thinking of having the telecine
transfer at 29.97 and then in FCP ramp it down to half that speed.
Anyone done this using Final Cut? Any pointers on how to best achieve
this? I wanted to preserve each frame without weird artifacts, and to
have the final dvd result run smooth.
