I should've mentioned too that the Flicker festivals that are scattered around the US (Chapel Hill, Richmond, Los Angeles) all show super 8mm on film. (In fact, they were basically originally made to just show prints, the majority of which were super 8 at first, although now they show celluloid work transferred to video as well.)
