In addition to the festivals that have already been listed I would add Media City, Images, and Experiments in Cinema, Onion City. There's a strong contingent of Super 8 only festivals out there and others that don't "list" it as an accepted format, but are willing to try. I make a lot of work in Super 8, and I've frankly been surprised by the number of festivals that go out of their way to project it.
