First Run Features and Icarus Films are entirely different companies. At one
point, First Run/Icarus was a separate company formed from a merger of their
nontheatrical divisions. However, that company ceased to exist quite some
time ago.

Icarus Films has the U.S. rights to several of Fischli and Weiss' works
(such as *The Point of Least Resistance* and the aforementioned *The Way
Things Go*). First Run, however, does not and never did.
