Hi Jerry, yes I've been tactfully communicating with them. They've agreed
to a 60% reduction to $2000 which is still twice what I paid for the
transfer 11 itself years ago, but I may be stuck with it. I'm tempted to
dig out the tape and take it elsewhere to have it redone, but, darn it,
they did a pretty good job the first time.
