Actually the used copies start at $19.95. The new copy is a ridiculously over-priced $135, but there are even some used copies selling at over $100. Needless to say none of the sales produce royalties for the author.

To be precise, there are USED copies of the book on Amazon for $32 AND
UP. There is exactly one NEW copy of the book listed which is priced at
$135.
The real problem is that the book is out of print.
