Final Cut express

So on a different thread somebody suggested Final cut express
as a cheaper alternative to FCP.

Who has used this?
Do you like it?
is it an easy program to use?

All my professional video editing experience is with Avid,
and my nonprofessional experience here at home is with
iMovie and Quick time pro.

I only need video editing to put my stuff on youtube, and mostly what I
put up on my channel, is the live stuff I've recorded at various concerts and events.

I basically just need straight cutting, and if I could float my copyright on top of my vids
with a titling tool that would be deluxe.
Does any one know or have experience with these things in fcp express?

any help appreciated.
(P.s. I have a macbook intel)
