No, there is no special way to configure the digest, to my knowledge.
Old listserv etiquette requested each member to send only text (no
html) to the list, and to cut the quoted material down to refer only
to the point at hand (as I have done below)
I use Eudora, a powerful mail program which does give the choice of
sending in text or html or both. Many people using other programs, or
simply checking mail online, do not have the option. The digest
simply concatenates recent posts, code and all.
