Adam,

In addition to what's already been suggested, and just dealing with
works of the last couple of years, there's the Speculative Archive's
Not A Matter of If But When… (2006), and Paul Chan's Untitled Video
on Lynne Stewart… (2006); or Clio Bernard's cellphone film Dark Glass
(2006), which works with an interview conducted under hypnosis.
