Hi all,
We're looking for prints of Arthur Lipsett films ("Fluxes" in
particular). Does anyone know where prints are available? I've
noticed there has been a thread on this issue a few years ago, but
has the situation changed in any way? Prints are still hard, very
hard to get via the Office national du film du Canada, but the recent
touring retrospective (thanks, Brett Kashmere) and the release of the
Soundtracks of Lipsett films (thanks, Johannes Auvinen), might have
opened things up a bit. If anyone has any clues, please let us know.
A second question: does anyone know how to contact Luther Price, or
at least where to get some of his recent films (Turbulant Blue, The
Mongrel Sister, the Biscotts series)?
