It will work in the UK, as it's 25 fps TV and video. Keep
reflections off the screen, lock down the laptop and use a remote
keyboard to advance frames. Try to do an exposure test. Make sure
the Mac isn't in a sleep mode. Calibrate the screen image. It will
probably look pretty decent -- I've done it with extremely high res
LCDs (4K) and they look very good indeed.
