Yeah, I didn't think it out entirely, first.

Yes, that's what I meant! Actually, a standardized
Call for Work. Exhibitors fill in all the info that at
least some artists want to see: entry fees, deadlines,
screening dates & venues, projection formats,
projectors, projectionists, compensation for damaged
work, exhibition context, date that submitted or
exhibited works will be returned, artists' fees paid,
prizes & awards, etc.
(Obviously, I never submit to festivals, even those
with no entry fee and which pay artists' fees.)
