Hello Frameworks
I wanted to let everyone know the second annual
experimental film/video festival is taking place on
Oct 28 and 29 in Greenbelt, MD. I am still putting
together a program on Urban/Rural landscapes and would
love to screen more work. Last year went over very
well. If you would like to submit a short piece,

Also the work should be NTSC-No more than 20 minutes
