Fred's prose is a little confusing here. Onion City is organized and run by
Chicago Filmmakers. The Experimental Film Club at the Univ. of Chicago are
great folk, but have nothing to do with Onion City.

Jack, for what it's worth, this was before my time, thus more than 10 years
