Josh -- If you take Red Lobster as your model for restaurants you might
conclude flash frozen presized meal items have replaced fresh
ingredients ;-)

Oh no I'm deeply cynical sometimes but if I can roll with the punches
so can you young folk. When you're my age you'll have the technologies
I want NOW ;-)
