Reble: 

JOBO makes 16mm developing spools for 30 meters (100 feet), but
without tanks. The price: 455 DM plus 15% tax.

Their prices are a little less than Kodak and they use Orwo
stock. They also sell Russian developing tanks for 8, 16 and 35
mm with 15m length spools. Price: 198 DM plus 15% tax.

Kahl Media Art still develops black and white 8mm. Another lab
