I would suggest us at Cinelab (I am a part owner) we have very low minimums for "real" transfers on well maintained Cintel machines, $75 for SD and $100 for HD we are moving into a completely new facility right now but telecine will be running early next week. We will be adding pin registered 2K super-8 scans sometime this summer.
