I've just learned, as some of you who are on facebook may also, that George
is very ill with cancer. Donna Kerness has communicated to the Kuchar fan
page that he is receiving his last radiation treatment at CPMC, and will
likely be moved directly to hospice.

A "marathon for George" screening has been organized by Black Hole
Cinematheque in Oakland, to be held at the Church, 1038 24th Street at
Linden, this Sunday at 8:30. Details here:

This extraordinary man deserves every ounce of love and support that can be
directed his way.
