Apparently Kodak doesn't make them so there are no more "kodaliths"
per se... but Fuji still makes large high contrast sheet film... often
used for silkscreen printing.
I found a place in Toronto... has anyone used these guys and have
feedback?

an 11x17 costs $25
you send them a vector file, they print it out on paper, then
they shoot with a camera using high con Fuji film
and they process the film photographically in chemistry
they can print lith film up to 61" x 144"
