I have a Nizo,  a few years ago I took a roll of 5285 (35mm) and had Pro8mm cut it down, yielded I think 17 s8 rolls. This was before kodak released the s8 stock. About 50% of the rolls got so tight the cartridge couldn't even be advanced by hand.  This was unfortunate because I lost maybe 20-25% on average for these rolls, plus there would be scratch because of tension. Haven't figured out why, would like to - but I don't think it would have anything to do with the Nizo, do you?

By the way, Phil V and the whole crew at Pro8 were great about it. We had several discussions about the why & Phil went so far as to offer processing help and a free roll - I didn't ask at all, he offered, so I think this was  A+ on Phil's part and have much respect for Pro 8 as a result.

I'm curious to hear if any other Nizo's have this relationship kink with this fine looking stock.
