Gene,
As a frequenter of the TCM forums, I have read that these are produced
in-house. They are often a subject of discussion on the TCM boards. On
the TCM website, there is a "Contact Us" button on the bottom. For
general contact, they have a mail address, and a phone number. There
is also an e-mail address for work applications, in the submenu.
