Some ideas off the top of my head:

100ft:
Snow (Robert Huot) (Canyon)
The Wofobs (Mark Toscano) (I'm not usually a self-promoter, but hey, you asked!) (Canyon)
Quick Billy rolls (various) (Bruce Baillie) (Canyon)
Mark LaPore has a few camera rolls he showed as films in some cases. The main one I can think of off the top of my head he called Snake Burma, and it was dedicated/given to Lewis Klahr.

200ft:
Melting (Thom Andersen) (FMC and soon Canyon)

400ft:
Hotel Cartograph (Scott Stark) (Canyon)
a few by Morgan Fisher, including Documentary Footage, Phi Phenomenon, Production Stills
Future Perfect (Roberta Friedman & Grahame Weinbren)

1200ft:
Standard Gauge (Morgan Fisher)

misc:
The Gypsy Cried (Chris Langdon) - about 80 feet, a single take of a song on a record player (so, not a camera roll film, but a 7" record film)

SF Trips Festival (Ben Van Meter) - three camera rolls spliced together

Dead Reckoning (David Wilson) - three camera rolls spliced together

Hand Held Day (Gary Beydler) 2 camera rolls spliced together (Canyon)

Silent Reversal (Louis Hock) - camera roll spliced to an upside-down print of itself

Glass Face (Gary Beydler) - slightly less than a single camera roll (I believe only because he trimmed the tail off), so basically a camera roll film. (Canyon)

Internal Systems (Coleen Fitzgibbon) - four 400ft. camera rolls spliced together

A.K. Dewdney's film Malanga was made by using two 100ft. camera rolls, each with corresponding frames painted over to create intensely edited A/B rolls without the use of splicing. He writes about it in his Discontinuous Film article.

Surprised I couldn't think of more 100ft. ones... are some of Frampton's perhaps? Like Apparatus Sum (which I've never seen)?
