Photographer's Formulary is the go-to place for sulfuric acid.
And as Jason mentioned, you'll need to fill out a DEA form, which I believe is on their website.
But please--please--be careful when mixing this stuff!!!
1) Never add water to the acid--it will explode! Look what happened to me:
****Instead, always add the acid to the water.
2) Where a full shield, clear plastic face mask, and rubber gloves that cover your forearms.
3) Where an organic vapors mask and work in a space with good ventilation.
I know this all sounds extreme, but better safe. All it takes is one drop of this stuff in the wrong place...
