I've long understood K's love affair with 2X as a syndrome reverberating
from the delicious trauma of infancy when most feature films in BW were shot
in it. Init?

Subject: Why couldn't it have been double-x!???

I have to vent about this to some people who might understand.

The yellow giant are a mystery to me, from the fact that they refuse to sell
me certain products to the strangee and bizzare choices they make in their
product lineup.

I mean is there anybody here who is a huge fan of double-x negative?
Somebody must be, please speak up.
Personally I really dislike the look of the stock for the most part although
I guess it has it's uses but it seems to lack much in the way of special
film magic.

I feel really shook up by this latest announcement as I'm still dealing with
the whole kodachrome thing. (Literally, as dwaynes discontinues processing
at the end of this year). I was talking to another film maker a week or so
ago about how it was a bit of difficult timing but that we would manage
somehow.

This is on top of the local (and only local) lab closing.

Really don't need this too.
