How to receive individual postings, rather than digest, please?

Thank you all for the help!

I tried "MAIL", Todd, and that did the trick.

And Fred - thank you for the film reference,
I'll have to check that out - and yes,
I'm familiar with sending commands to LISTSERV,
that's how I got the LISTSERV REFCARD ; )
- I was just asking the list for help figuring out
what option to use because that part wasn't clear to me.
Now I know it's MAIL or NODIGEST.
