Eastman high speed camera manual?

Hi folks -

Wondering if anyone here has a manual they would share with me for a 16mm Eastman high speed camera, possibly Type III model, ca.'40s. I have one I'd like to use here, and it works, but I want to make sure I use it correctly.

Or if anyone has experience with one of these things, I'd really appreciate just asking you a few questions.
