You should find some of what you're looking for at the internet archive.
http://www.archive.org They have the wayback machine which archives
websites from the early 90's till today, and they have commercials,
video, films with creative commons, public domain licenses.
Hope that helps some.

Subject: Pre-2000 Internet Film/Video/TV

I am looking for films, videos, or even television episodes made prior
to the dot-com crash. I am interested in depictions of the internet
as mysterious and dangerous. I am also particularly interested in
strange and inaccurate depictions of user interfaces and web
functionality. I'm also interested in films that depict the internet
as "cyberspace" (i.e. as a space separate from physical space).

Thanks!

Allen Riley
