I would second Roger's recommendation of "01/06" by Brinkman and Marro. I've screened it a couple of times recently and it's amazing.

Another suggestion: "collage d'hollywood" by Richard Kerr

I was just rewatching a DVD of Providence "noise hippies" stuff that
Ben Russell gave me a while ago, and I can't think of much in the
world that's more overloading than Mat Brinkman and Xander Marro's
"01/06." Loud & chaotic, full of single frames of every odd thing
found in the Dirt Palace.

One idea.
