Try posting on 16mmfilmtalk.com. There are number of long-time projector
service guys like Richard
Burgess, Larry Urbanski, and Richard Patchett who will sell you good quality
refurbished machines like the Bell & Howell 1574 or 1579.

Post your query on the forum and you should get responses from the
aforementioned individuals, and
maybe others.
