You can get the digest rather than individual e-mails, but the digest
is delivered every day; there is no weekly option.
If you want the digest, send the command "set frameworks digest" in
the body of an email to <email suppressed>.
A solution would be to establish a dedicated email address just to
receive frameworks, and only check it once a week.
