I would look to the Kodak ECP2 specifications and use the fixer and the
bleach from there, mixing them up from scratch from bulk chemicals:

Ferricyanide Bleach SR-27 from process ECP-2

Fixer F-35(any letter) from process ECP-2 (leave out the sulfuric acid)

I've never gotten ahold of the stabilizer, and never used it, with the
omission not causing any apparent problems.
