2009 IMAGES FESTIVAL CALL FOR SUBMISSIONS
FILM / VIDEO and GUEST CURATORS
Final Deadline: November 14, 2008 (POSTMARK)
The Images Festival is now accepting FILM/VIDEO submissions for
consideration for the 22nd Festival, April 2-11, 2009. The Images Festival
is Canada's annual showcase for the innovative edge of international
contemporary media art. Over the past 21 years, the festival has screened
thousands of independent films and videos in all genres, and has presented
groundbreaking live performances and media art installations by many
renowned Canadian and international artists. Attended by more than 30,000
people each year, the Images Festival is a critical forum for the
independent media arts in Canada and around the world.
**SCREENING FEES PAID FOR ALL WORKS PRESENTED
**NO SUBMISSION FEES FOR STUDENTS!
The deadline for submitting works to the 22nd edition of the Images Festival
is November 14. (postmark)
