filmprinting from 16 mm to 35 mm

Hi,

I would need to find someone who is doing filmprinting from 16 mm to 35 mm.
There would be 10-12 images, from which would be needed less than 20 frames
to print
from every image.

Does anyone know person who is doing this kind of work?
In the filmlaboratories they seem not to be interested in this kind of job.
