i didn't mention model numbers, because i'm looking for more diy solutions.
right now i'm working with some fuel line tubing that i got from an auto parts store and super glued together... i cut a piece of fuel line, and inserted in the joint for a bit of extra contact with the super glue.
so far so good... except it looked like it was the right size when running normally... but when i load a film onto it... the tubing stretches and pops out of the guide wheel.
has anyone had any experience making belts out of alternative materials such as this?
and is super glue and appropriate bonding agent?
