The method in which information is stored on a DV tape will likely
give you defects like banding or blocks of pixels being scrambled
rather than image bleed that one finds in an analog format. Here's a

I doubt you would see much after 20 uses, but it would be an
interesting test. I'd probably want to do it in a deck.
