On another "online video" note... interest in a "Frameworks" like online cinema list?

For some time I've thought about a mailing list for people making/interested
in avant-garde film/video/etc online. A frameworks for online cinema art. There
are several of us who are now using the web as a venue for work that arises
directly from experimental film and art practice.
There are even more who are doing this completely outside of a-g film/video
art worlds (and for that matter outside of the rhizome net art sphere as
well).
As the attainable quality of online video begins to surpass DVD and HD video
online is becoming reasonable for garden variety DSL connections, it seems a
shame not to try to forge some community of people working in this field and
grappling with the issues involved (including the sustainability/economic
issues as they relate to a-g practice as a whole).

So basically, this is an attempt to gauge interest in this from
Frameworkers, and note concerns of people here who would participate before
the thing is actually created.
