This whole debate reminds me of a zen story I once
read. Two monks were arguing with eachother, and their
master approached them. The first monk told the master
his point of view, and the master told him that he was
right. Then the other monk told him his point of view,
and the master told him that he was right. And then
another monk approached the master and confronted him,
and asked him why he told them that they were both
right when each of them had completely opposing
viewpoints. The master then told this monk that he was
right too.
