I will forward your comments on to the Cucalorus folks. As I mentioned
before, questions can be directed to Dan at the address below.

A perfectly legitimate question, I would think, would be whether there were
any contexts in which the fees could be waived or reduced. Pretty much
every festival gets such questions, and different festivals will have
different answers for you.

What would be their answer? I don't know. Ask them and tell them your
circumstances. Be sure to mention Frameworks when you do.
