DuArt has a Super 8 gate on their ITK/Cintel "Y-front" telecine
That might be a pricier option than what you're looking for, I don't
know.
(I haven't done anything with DuArt in a long time, for one thing the
folks I knew there started another lab: The Lab / Moving Images /
Postworks but I don't think S8 is possible with them..)
